Her yoga journey began following her first yoga session in 2011, after feeling a profound (and previously elusive!) sense of deep peace she knew she had to share this gift with others and so she embarked on her first yoga teacher training with the BWY. She will also soon be training with Mandala Yoga Ashram to deepen her knowledge and practice of yoga nidra.
Sam’s yoga sessions are guided by yoga philosophy, deeply heartfelt and layered to enable all to participate to their own ability day-to-day and moment-to-moment.
